This situation is due to the fact that it is a handmade item, whose production is meticulous and takes time.
Due to the handcrafted nature of our items, slight variations in color, imperfections in the composition and/or tortuous or barely noticeable insertion of the logo into the ceramic are not considered defects. Therefore, these items will not be eligible for exchange or refund.
